We are committed to helping patients overcome their individual health challenges through the most advanced rehabilitation services including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aides, social work and case management. As a therapist-owned agency, we understand what is most important in achieving satisfying and successful care and been on the front lines of patient care for years. We listen to your individual voice and recognize the varying needs and challenges our patients face. Most importantly we are dedicated, concerned and committed to doing what we can to maximize our patients' health and well being.
Our Approach
We have discovered that there is no better way to better serve our community than to work as a community. Our skilled nursing and therapy professionals have taken their extensive experience in health care and have developed a methodology that is patient-friendly and results driven. First, we believe that an early start, cohesive planning and leading-edge treatment will best launch our patients on the road to recovery. Our care begins within a short time frame following their release from acute care. At that time, we build a team that is adeptly skilled and committed to working with all members of the patient’s wellness team including physicians, skilled nurses, therapists, administrators and all appropriate care givers.
